In fact, one of their products, a robot waiter “Poe” is use to served F&B businesses as an automated dish runner in Singapore. As original designer, they provide customized robot’s mechanical functions, form factors and operating software for different application. Not to mention, the robot technology are applicable in various industries serving different purposes.

iServeBot-Poe® – The Robot waiter

iServeBot-Poe® is the first Automatic Restaurant Robot Systems designed and manufactured in Singapore. The robot waiter resembles the friendly “Panda” outlook, and is based on their proprietary machine vision-based navigation technology enables multiple robots to run in higher precision, faster speed, more collaboration as well as lower cost. In order to tackle the tight operating space in some restaurants, precision of motion was developed to reduces blind spots.

In the light of financial challenges faced by the local restaurants in Singapore. The team designed the robot waiter with subscription based operation in mind. Thus greatly reduced the overall outlay and operational cost.
